Shipping & Freight Policy

At Generation-e Express our goal is to offer the best shipping options, no matter where you live.  We work hard to ensure we always provide the very highest levels of responsiveness and lowest possible freight charges to you.

Local Delivery From A Local Company

All products we supply are local models with full warranty from the manufacturer.  We do not grey market products in from other countries.  Generation-e Express provides great products and competitive prices because we have great relationships with our partners.

Freight charges

• $16.50 nationwide for orders under $440 GST Inclusive
• Free freight for orders over $440 GST Inclusive (excluding some heavy/bulky items and Verkada)

For items such as Surface Hub, display screens, carts or furniture, freight is dependant on postcode as these items are larger, heavier and bulkier.

Please note we are unable to ship to PO Box locations at this time.

Delivery Timeframes

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: All orders are processed within one business day.  If an item is not in stock, we order from the manufacturer for direct dispatch within one business day after the order is placed and they then process the order, which typically takes another 1-2 working days.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse or the manufacturer to you.  Orders are shipped by a range of couriers depending on the product, most of which support full online tracking.  After leaving the warehouse, items usually take 2-3 working days to arrive depending on your location.
